Refund Policy

This refund policy aims to explain all conditions under which refunds may be approved or denied, as well as how users can request refunds. Find the particulars below.

  1. When Refunds Are Available

Refunds for APIs and premium packages of imagetotext.me are only available under the following conditions. 

  • Active or Unused Plan.

Refunds apply only to the currently active plan or the most recently purchased plan. The plan must also be unused, i.e., no credits or units have been consumed.

  • Duplicate Payment

If a user is charged more than once for the same plan due to a billing or payment gateway error, the extra charge will be refunded after verification.

  • Incorrect Plan Purchase 

If a user purchases the wrong plan and then upgrades to the correct plan with the same validity period, a refund for the incorrect plan may be issued.

  1. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Issued

Refunds for API plans and premium packages for imagetotext.me will not be provided under the following circumstances.

  • The user changes their mind after completing the purchase.
  • Features or results were assumed by the user but not advertised by imagetotext.me. 
  • The plan has been partially used, or credits have been consumed.
  • If the premium features were temporarily unavailable due to a service disruption that was resolved, no refunds will be issued.
  • Purchases made through third-party apps or resellers are not eligible for refunds.
  • Dissatisfaction after upgrading from a free or lower-tier plan
  • Plans purchased at a discounted or promotional price
  • Renewal charges after a subscription has been auto-renewed. This is because auto-renewal must be enabled manually by the user, so it is a conscious decision.
  • Custom or usage-based plans created specifically for a user

All these situations assume that some credits have been used. However, custom plans are never eligible for a refund, even if they are unused.

  1. Special Circumstances and Discretion

Imagetotext.me reserves the right to deny or approve refund requests. All requests are manually verified and vetted for legitimacy. For a refund to be approved, it must meet the criteria listed above.

However, at our discretion, limited refunds may be issued for plans that have been partially used. The refunded value will depend on the number of credits used, the reason for cancellation, and the original payment amount.

  1. Refund Deductions and Fees

When refunds are approved, users will not typically get the full amount they spent back. This is due to the following reasons.

  • Payment processing fees may be deducted during a refund. Those deductions are not borne by imagetotext.me.
  • Any charges and taxes imposed by the user’s bank on the original payment are not refunded by imagetotext.me.
  • When partial refunds are provided at our discretion, then some value will not be refunded based on the number of credits used, the type of package, the date of refund, and other factors.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. 

  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, users must follow these directions:

  • Contact our support team via email ([email protected]) or live chat (on the imagetotext.me website).
  • Provide a clear explanation for the request. I.e, what is the reason for the refund request?
  • Share relevant details such as account email, order ID, and supporting screenshots if applicable.

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2–3 business days, and users will be notified of the outcome via email, chat support, or their personal dashboard.

  1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

  • Cancel option available in the account dashboard
  • Submit a cancellation request through the contact form on the “Contact Us” page.
  • Contacting support via email or live chat.

Users can turn auto-renewal on or off through their account dashboard.

Note: Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically qualify the plan for a refund. Users must submit a separate refund request for that.

  1. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be modified or updated at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the policy before making a purchase to stay informed about the current terms.
